We all speak about equality and Feminism. But, I don’t know if we will respect women and give the opportunities to them. Day to day women fight with men and get their rights and opportunities. They think “Education is only for our main asset. If we get education, we will easily face this world and get our opportunities”. Today most women are working in higher positions and controlling the global corporate company. In our article we will look at one successive woman. Her name is Annie Mathew. She is a CIO(Chief Information Officer) for Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt.Ltd. She is also vice president in CIO of India community.

Annie has completed her B.Tech chemical engineering in Lakshminarayan institute of technology at Nagpur. She has completed PGDST in CDAC at Mumbai.She has completed Diploma course of “Design thinking for Nurturing Innovation” In IIT at Ahmedabad.

She is working as Project lead,Manager, Senior consultant and Business Analyst position at various companies. After she joined Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt.Ltd. at 2005.Still she is working in this same company and her position is chief information officer.

CIO is one of the top most positions in management teams and they report directly to the CEO. CIO is a business leader and their important role is to provide a mediator between business needs,user needs and their communication. Annie has been doing this job for the last 15years and she created a SAP implementation, central IT organization, service management into a single window and point of retail sale and etc in Mother dairy. She is one of the main people for their company success.
